Default Skill points

I'll break the ice with: If you're an elonian-born character, you don't get exp or skill points for completing missions that took place before kaineng center, or lion's arch in normal mode.

my question is, if an elonian born character completes the great northern wall on hard mode, will he get the exp and skill points for that mission since it's in hard mode?

I asked this same exact question in questions and answers forum and I can confirm: Yes, you do. I have tested an elonian in Cantha and a Canthan in Tyria.

Buy non-elite skills?
Collect them for fun?

I just wish that you could trade in skill points for something else, or donate them to other characters. I have over 200 spare points and already have every single ranger skill...i dont think i'll ever find a use for all these points.

Wait until GW:EN gets released, and use them to buy all the new skills.
